2010 COLLINGWOOD ELVIS FESTIVAL CHAMPION SHOWS

SPEND AN EVENING WITH ELVIS Thursday, July 22, 2010 in the Gayety Theatre offering two shows, 7pm and 9:30pm starring four different performers in an intimate, informal, up close and personal setting. Experience great Elvis music from some of the industry’s best Tribute Artists including Roy LeBlanc, Glenn Aitchison, Lance Dobinson and Doug McKenzie at the 7 p.m. performance. See Shon Carroll, Robin Kelly, John Cigan and Darrin Hagel perform at 9:30 p.m.   Tickets can be purchased for $15 per person per show. Reserved seating. AWARD WINNING ELVIS    Saturday, July 24, 2010, from 9pm - 11:30pm in the Gayety Theatre featuring outstanding past Collingwood Champions Vili Verhovsek, James Gibb, Darrin Hagel and Lance Dobinson as they offer up a selection of awardwinning moments and songs in Elvis’ impressive and illustrious career. One night only!   Tickets can be purchased for $40 per person. Reserved seating.   MEMORIES & MELODIES   Thursday, July 22, 2010, from 7pm to 11:30pm at the Curling Club This exclusive event will offer a spectacular Dinner & Show starring four incredible Collingwood Grand Champions. Dinner is at 7 p.m. Show begins at 9 p.m. This is a first time event offered at the Collingwood Elvis Festival with Dinner seating limited to 100 who will enjoy a delicious catered buffet dinner in a private Dining area. Show only tickets are also available for those wishing to take in the fantastic Elvis stylings of Ben Klein, Paul Ross, David Muggeridge and Australian Champion Dean Vegas. Also featuring the Casino Brothers Showband. This is going to be an event to remember!Show only $40 - Dinner & Show $70.   ELVIS IS BACK     Saturday, July 24, 2010, 2pm – 4pm in the Eddie Bush Memorial Arena starring four Collingwood Grand Champions including Daylin James, Robin Kelly, Gino Monopoli and David Lee. Featuring the incredible Casino Brothers Showband, as our Festival Houseband. A look at Elvis’ pre & post Army days including famous interviews, a new album and movie, and other great moments. A special “Trivia Concert” where a participating audience member can win a fabulous prize package of tickets to the next year’s Collingwood Elvis Festival including all Arena shows.  Tickets range from $15 to $45 with reserved seating.   CROWNING OF THE KING   Saturday, July 24, 2010, 8pm – 11:30pm in the Eddie Bush Memorial Arena featuring our 2009 Champions Thane Dunn and Chris Ayotte, in addition to an impressive roster of other Collingwood Past Champions including Ben Klein, Jay Zanier, Ray Guillemette, Matt King, Irv Cass, Shon Carroll and David Muggeridge accompanied by the Casino Brothers Showband. An independent “one night only” head-to-head competition with some of our Professional Collingwood Champions to see who will reign the overall “King of Collingwood” Champion in our Early Years and Concert Years Divisions. This will be a must-see event never offered before at the Collingwood Elvis Festival.   Tickets range from $20 to $70 with reserved seating.   INSPIRATIONAL ELVIS   Sunday, July 25, 2010, 1pm – 3pm in the Eddie Bush Memorial Arena featuring seventeen “Invitation Only” competitors in our Inspirational Gospel music showcased by the incredible vocal harmonies of Elvis’ Imperials as our VIP Special Guests. A heartwarming performance of talent and spiritual dedication honouring Elvis and his gospel favourites.    Tickets range from $15 to $45 with reserved seating.   SIRIUS SATELLITE RADIO GRAND FINALS   Sunday, July 25, 2010, 6pm – 10:30pm in the Eddie Bush Memorial Arena where we crown our 2010 Champions and select our overall highest scoring Champion to represent the Collingwood Elvis Festival in the Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest in Memphis, TN, in August. Also featuring a special Guest appearance by Australian Champion Dean Vegas. This is a sell-out event!   Tickets range from $20 to $70 with reserved seating.
